Parag Kapadia provides executive leadership over Kanta Electric’s financial strategy and internal operations, supporting the firm’s disciplined growth, risk management, and long-term stability. He joined the company as Assistant Controller, advanced to Financial Controller, and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Operations and Finance.

In this role, Parag oversees financial management, contract negotiation and legal coordination, human resources, marketing, and business development. He manages Kanta’s relationships with its banking and surety partners, supporting bonding capacity, capital planning, and financial risk oversight across the firm’s project portfolio. His work ensures strong internal controls, well-structured contracts, and alignment between financial strategy and operational execution.

Parag also represents Kanta within key industry organizations, including the New York Electrical Contractors Association (NYECA), the Subcontractors Trade Association (STA), and the Building Trades Employers’ Association (BTEA), among others. Known for his analytical rigor and measured leadership style, he works alongside his brother as part of the next generation guiding Kanta’s continued growth.
