Mr. Kapadia is the Founder and President of Kanta Electric and has guided the firm’s growth from its early beginnings more than 35 years ago into a respected electrical contracting company serving New York’s most demanding public and private sector clients. With over four decades of experience in the electrical construction industry, he brings deep technical mastery and seasoned leadership to every aspect of the business.

Coming from a family with deep roots in electrical construction, Kapadia’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to the trade. His experience spans large-scale project supervision, complex electrical infrastructure, and high-level coordination with municipal engineers, construction managers, and public agencies. A Licensed Master Electrician (ME) in multiple jurisdictions, he is known for setting rigorous standards for workmanship, safety, and accountability across the organization.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Kapadia has maintained a long-standing association with the Society of Indo-American Architects and Engineers (SIAEA), reflecting his engagement with the broader design and construction community. He is also a founding member of the Living with Dignity Foundation, supporting initiatives focused on dignity, care, and community well-being in rural India.
