Executive Vice President, Operations and Estimating
Paras Kapadia
Paras Kapadia represents the next generation of leadership at Kanta Electric, combining deep operational knowledge with a disciplined, hands-on approach to project delivery and estimating oversight. As Executive Vice President, Estimating and Projects, he provides executive leadership across both preconstruction and active project execution, guiding complex electrical work from pursuit through completion.
Kapadia has led and overseen major public-sector and infrastructure initiatives, including electrical work at the U.S. Army base at Fort Hamilton, Hurricane Sandy recovery and resiliency programs for NYCHA, and the electrical infrastructure upgrade of the Bronx Criminal Courthouse, among numerous other assignments. His experience spans large-scale institutional, infrastructure, and government projects, requiring close coordination with public agencies, construction managers, and field leadership.
A graduate of The George Washington University, Kapadia is known for his precision, accountability, and ability to align estimating, planning, and field execution. Working alongside his brother he plays a central role in shaping Kanta’s continued growth, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to quality, reliability, and long-term client relationships.
