Since joining Kanta Electric in 2016, Lemuel Li has played a central role in the firm’s estimating and preconstruction operations, supporting the pursuit of complex public infrastructure, commercial, and institutional projects valued at up to $70 million. He and his team are responsible for preparing comprehensive electrical estimates, including detailed quantity takeoffs, scope and constructability reviews, subcontractor coordination, and pricing analysis to ensure accurate, competitive bids.

Li works closely with project management, field leadership, and executive management to assess sequencing, logistics, and risk during the bid phase, helping position projects for successful execution from award through completion. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from The City College of New York, informing his strong command of drawings, specifications, and electrical systems. Known for his precision, consistency, and disciplined approach, Li contributes directly to Kanta’s reputation for reliable delivery and controlled growth.
