Justin Favaloro brings over 14 years of progressive electrical contracting experience to his role supporting Kanta Electric’s field operations. He provides hands-on leadership across complex infrastructure and commercial projects, overseeing daily field execution, crew coordination, safety compliance, and quality control. His project experience includes high-profile work such as the World Trade Center PATH train restoration, Holland and Lincoln Tunnel security systems, and major infrastructure projects for public agencies and Fortune 500 clients. Notably, he oversaw field installation and coordination of the Ventilation and Fixed Fire Suppression Rehab system at the Battery Park (Hugh L. Carey) Tunnel, a first-of-its-kind life-safety system deployment in a U.S. vehicular tunnel executed under active traffic and stringent TBTA safety standards.

Combining deep technical knowledge with disciplined field leadership, Justin works closely with superintendents, project management teams, and subcontractors to ensure efficient sequencing, safe execution, and high-quality results. His work reflects Kanta’s commitment to craftsmanship, operational excellence, and reliable delivery on complex infrastructure projects.
